As the Executive Assistant to President Mieko Hester-Perez since 1998, Rosie has played a vital role in the company's growth from a grassroots legal support venture to a nationally trusted provider of corporate services, including Apostille and Consular Legalization.

Before co-founding CA Corporate with Mieko Hester-Perez, Rosie spent over six years managing legal operations for law firms across California, specializing in coordinating process servers, supervising court runners, overseeing copy services for litigation support, and serving as an in-house liaison for law firm court services. Her expertise in navigating complex court filing procedures, along with her mastery of courthouse systems, case submission protocols, and legal documentation workflows, has made her a respected figure in California's legal support community.

Since 2000, Rosie has continued to serve as the firm’s operational backbone, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of court filings, public record retrievals, and document legalizations across all 58 California counties and beyond.
