 Jack Smith, a remote worker and student at UC Irvine, leads the Nationwide E-Filings Division at CA Corporate & Attorney Services. He oversees electronic court filings across state and federal jurisdictions, while also managing Apostille and Consular Legalization services. With deep knowledge of local e-filing rules and strict court deadlines, Jack ensures that all time-sensitive legal documents—including those related to cannabis compliance—are filed with accuracy, speed, and adherence to regulations.

Under his direction, the division supports a wide range of needs, from routine civil filings to urgent motions, providing law firms, corporations, and service partners nationwide with dependable solutions. Operations Director & Legal Support Specialist Rosie Laloyan serves as the Operations Director and legal foundation of CA Corporate & Attorney Services Inc., where she has been the firm's legal secretary and operational heart since its inception in 2000. 

As the Executive Assistant to President Mieko Hester-Perez since 1998, Rosie has played a vital role in the company's growth from a grassroots legal support venture to a nationally trusted provider of corporate services, including Apostille and Consular Legalization.

Before co-founding CA Corporate with Mieko Hester-Perez, Rosie spent over six years managing legal operations for law firms across California, specializing in coordinating process servers, supervising court runners, overseeing copy services for litigation support, and serving as an in-house liaison for law firm court services. Her expertise in navigating complex court filing procedures, along with her mastery of courthouse systems, case submission protocols, and legal documentation workflows, has made her a respected figure in California's legal support community.

Since 2000, Rosie has continued to serve as the firm’s operational backbone, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of court filings, public record retrievals, and document legalizations across all 58 California counties and beyond. She is known for her consistency, discretion, and extraordinary attention to detail, providing white-glove support to law firms, government contractors, corporate clients, and those in the Cannabis industry seeking reliable registered agent services.

His consistency, attention to detail, and proactive mindset make him a vital asset during the company’s busiest periods.

Off-duty, Diesel brings the same dedication and calm precision to his passion for coastal fishing exploring the waters from Long Beach to Ventura and mastering prized catches like tuna, yellowtail, bass, and dorado.

  Nina Duran, a remote worker and student at USC, serves as the Process Server Manager for CA Corporate & Attorney Services. She oversees and coordinates a nationwide network of trusted process servers, ensuring all legal documents are delivered in strict compliance with jurisdictional requirements. Her role includes assigning and tracking service, maintaining seamless communication between clients and field agents, and safeguarding the accuracy and timeliness of every filing.

Beyond process serving, Nina manages key corporate services such as Apostille and Consular Legalization for international documents, while also stepping in as a registered agent when required. Her organizational skills, reliability, and commitment to compliance make her an essential part of the firm’s day-to-day operations.

 Jason R. Lee is a part-time student at UCLA who manages the day-to-day operations for CA Corporate & Attorney Services. Serving as the pulse of the office, Jason ensures that client requests, filings, and internal workflows are handled with precision and efficiency. His ability to balance academic rigor with professional responsibility brings fresh insight and energy to the team.
